Entrance: 11:00 PM
First Session: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Second Session: 3:30 PM - 4:50 PM
Third Session: 5:20 PM - 7:30 PM

Important Reminders:
1. Please follow all arrangements at the venue to maintain the solemnity of the
ceremony.
2. During the event, please observe silence, remain focused, and contemplate the
teachings. Refrain from taking photos, videos, talking, or wandering.
3. Please bring your own Haiqing (brown/black Buddhist robe), and pre-label it to
avoid loss or mix-ups.
4. If you have any personal needs, please bring your own medication.
5. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the venue.
6. Non-officially printed Dharma items cannot be distributed at the venue, nor will
any personal Dharma items be collected.
7. Please turn off your mobile phone during the ceremony.
8. Accommodation and Transportation Notes:
◎ Attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodation in New York.
◎ Any special transportation arrangements will be announced in mid-December.
